Founded in 1968, Tofaş is the Turkey's leading automotive company. The shares of Tofaş, of which Koç Holding and Stellantis are equal shareholders, are traded in Borsa Istanbul BIST 30 and BIST 100 indices. In addition, Tofaş is included in the BIST Corporate Governance Index and Sustainability Index.

Tofas; is one of Turkey's leading industrial establishments with its production volume, export performance, R&D competencies and nearly 7 thousand employees. Headquartered in İstanbul, Tofaş conducts its manufacturing operations at its Bursa plant, which occupies about a million m2 of grounds and has 350 thousand m2 of enclosed space.

As one of Stellantis' leading production and R&D centers, Tofaş has an important role in global product projects and provides added value to the Turkish economy, industry and R&D experience.Tofaş’s plant produces Fiat Doblòs and Fiorinos as well as the Fiat Egea family’s sedan, hatchback, station wagon and cross models. Egea is marketed in different regions of the world with the Fiat Tipo brand. Developed and manufactured at Tofaş, the Doblò is also exported to the United States where it is sold under the ProMaster City name. Tofaş is also a distributor, handling the domestic sales of six marques (Fiat, Fiat Professional, Alfa Romeo, Jeep®, Maserati, Ferrari) in Turkey.
